There are specific qualities that are critical for success in owning a health and fitness center. For example you must be friendly, outgoing and enjoy working with people every day. Also you must have a passion for fitness and for helping people to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your willingness to actively participate in the sales and marketing efforts of your centre is essential.
