Ladies Workout Express provides a business format franchise in which the package content delivers to the Franchisee everything that is needed to launch and develop the business.  The essential elements of the package include:

Premises – Selection and Approval
We provide you with the premises criteria with respect to our requirements for suitable site location and demographics.  We then visit the site to approve that it satisfactorily complies with the Ladies Workout Express requirements.

Training
There is a five day comprehensive training programme at the corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  This covers all aspects of the business method.  It embraces everything from implementing the marketing strategy to ensuring satisfactory membership sign-ups and delivery of the services which produces good repeat and referral business.  The package excludes travel and accommodation costs.  This initial training in the USA is followed by one week of further supplementary training at a Ladies Workout Express gym in the UK.  This provides the opportunity to build relationships with the UK team and become competent in the operational method as implemented in the UK and Ireland.

Stationery Package
A full complement of the Ladies Workout Express package includes: Business Cards, Administration Forms, Contracts, Pitch Book (presentation folder)

Launch Programme
The Launch Programme has been devised to help the Franchisee effectively launch the business at the location.  It will involve an initial advertising programme, supply of posters, press releases, flyer distribution and one week of hands-on help pre-opening and during opening to ensure that the business is effectively launched with the sale of memberships from day one.  In the pre-opening phase, the gym will be set up internally to the Ladies Workout Express blueprint.  Appointments will be pre-booked and, within the launch programme, new prospective members will be met and memberships sold.

Equipment
This provides the specialised hydraulic equipment for 24 stations with provision of blue-print as to how exactly the individual items are to be located.  The Ladies Workout Express equipment is ‘state of the art’, high quality and at the cutting edge of developments in the sector.  The combination of equipment items ensures that the Ladies Workout Express Franchisee is providing members with the very best in design and function to ensure results in terms of improved fitness when the programme is followed.

Operations Manual
This documents the Ladies Workout Express know-how for all aspects of the operational method.  It is the intellectual property of Ladies Workout Express and loaned to the Franchisee for the duration of the franchise contract.

Licensing Rights
The Franchisee is granted the right to trade under the Ladies Workout Express corporate identity and enjoy all the benefits of belonging to the ‘family’ of Ladies Workout Express Franchisees.
