While on a plan you need not visit a supermarket - we supply you with non dairy milk and you can purchase additional larder items or snack bags from our online store. Your food is delivered to your door in a chilled hamper with a menu detailing any storage or cooking instructions. We are on hand to offer any additional advice or support that you need, before, during and after your plan.
